Hi guys; nice to see ya.

 
This web site is the newest thing in my life.
I'm of course a displaced Cape Bretoner living in Ontario. My family are still down there. My son Glen Burns lives in C.B.; as do my parents and some of my sisters and brothers. Two of my sons live in Halifax; 1 grandson is there and 1 is in Halifax. Moved to Ontario 10 years ago because of work. Wish we were still down there.
I like to do some crafts and read. I do not work because of a disability. My husband and his best friend have their own contracting company; very small only 4 workers and that includes them. We like to camp when we can,also we like to go fishing. Of course that means at least a 2 hour drive to get anywhere to do these things.
I come from the Richardson clan; no not that one, my father is from the mainland. My mother was born in Glace Bay. Mom's maiden name is Bernasky.
I miss home very much because that is where my family is; I don't get to see my sons and grandsons very much. My parents, 2 of my sisters and 1 brother are still there. I miss mostly the life style we had when we still lived down home; here everyone is in a big rush to go nowhere and do nothing. If you try to relax some will run over you.
